Today, we open the doors to your brand new BLP Membership, giving you access to your
Member Profile on our brand-new website. Now, let’s further explore each aspect of how
this easy-to-use portal works and what it gives you access to.
So without further ado, here are all the reasons why BLP is the best thing to ever happen
to your Timeshare ownership!
Beekman Lifestyle Portfolio (BLP) is a collection of The Beekman Group's traditional
timeshare options, available at a few carefully selected and popular resorts. When you purchase
Timeshare at one of the BLP properties, you automatically become a BLP Member, which brings
with it, a host of additional benefits.
This means that as an existing VMS owner, you get automatic access to BLP and everything it
has to offer.
As a BLP Member, you also have the option to sign up for the Lifestyle Access benefit which
unlocks further benefits, including loads of discounts, access to a dedicated Travel Desk, and
a complimentary annual timeshare, with iExchange.
What exactly are the benefits you now have access to?
One of the biggest benefits of BLP, is that you now have access to a host of functions at
your fingertips! Our new website gives you the ability to perform many tasks online that
you previously had to contact our call centre staff for.
Here are some of the other amazing benefits you can now look forward to:

- Free Access Pass: Enjoy your Free-Access Pass to on-site facilities!
- iExchange: iExchange allows timeshare owners to exchange their timeshare for Points.
- Lifestyle Access: BLP Members have the option of signing up for the Lifestyle Access.
You’ll also be the first to know of our amazing holiday deals and specials through our regular
email communications. We’ve created these mails to make sure you stay up to date with
everything BLP has to offer, we'll teach you about your new membership and how to use your
online profile. PLUS, we'll send you exclusive deals, to make sure you get to scoop up the
best holidays before anyone else!
To gain access to this profile, you will need to visit www.beekmanlifestyle.co.za and click
on 'login' on the top right-hand corner of the page. As this is your first time logging in,
you will need to click on the little orange question mark and follow the "Forgotten Username"
and then the "Forgotten Password" details, to generate your username and password.
Our brand-new website contains multiple features that are going to make interacting with your
new membership easier than you ever imagined. You will now have 24/7 on the go access to
all your member information, booking information and account information! Here are a few key
features we’d like to highlight to get you started:
MY ACCOUNT
You can use this section of your online profile to conveniently view all accounts linked to
your membership, check your account balances, print statements, review your transaction
history, and make safe and secure payments using EFT or credit cards.
MY BOOKINGS
This section of your online profile allows you to easily keep track of all your past and
upcoming bookings, including provisional, confirmed and cancelled bookings, as well
as view and print confirmation or cancellation letters and change your guest details.
Flexi week owners can also cancel bookings using this part of their profile.
MY OWNERSHIP
In this section of your online profile you can see the details of what you own,
and action the following:
1. Flexi week owners can search for and book available units (please note that only
owners of full weeks are supported for online searches, all other owners can book
via the call center as per usual), Flexi owners can also change the guest details on
their bookings.
2.Fixed week owners can change the details of guests occupying their units.
Bank your timeshare through iExchange.
MY DETAILS
With this section of your online profile, you can update your contact details or
password and communication preferences, choose which marketing correspondence
you want to receive, and add the contact details of other authorised individuals who
can access your account and receive these messages.
MY iEXCHANGE
Our new website allows you to bank your week with iExchange (which can be done using
the "My Ownership" page) giving you access to a wide selection of local and international
holiday resorts. With iExchange, which boasts the largest exchange pool in Southern Africa,
you can choose from more destination options than any other provider!
Click on any one of the icons above to go straight to these sections of your
profile so you can try it out for yourself!
We are also excited about the fact that you can now easily access detailed information
about your resort, including facilities, amenities, resort calendar, images, and site plan,
simply by clicking on the "Resorts" tab and navigating to your resort! The new website has
many awesome features and we can't wait for you to explore them all!
iExchange allows timeshare owners to exchange their timeshare for Points. These Points
can be used to access hundreds of local and thousands of international holiday resorts.
iExchange has the largest exchange pool in Southern Africa, offering more destination
options than any other provider. If you have opted to sign up for the Lifestyle Access benefit,
among other things, you'll enjoy one free local exchange per year.
How to exchange with iExchange:
STEP 1: Log On To BLP To Bank Your Week
Banking your week means that you are exchanging the week you own, for iExchange
Points, that you can then use as your booking currency, to book at an alternative local
or international resort of your choice (subject to availability).
To Bank your week, simply login to your Membership Account on our new website and
navigate to the iExchange option. Alternatively, speak to a BLP consultant for assistance!
We have already calculated the Points value of your week, which will be displayed on your
profile. Once you complete the process, iExchange will deposit your Points into your
iExchange account, that you can use to book your chosen holiday!
STEP 2: Make Your Exchange
Once you've successfully Banked your week and received your iExchange Points, all that's left is
for you to make an exchange. From your membership account
(after you've logged in) you will have the option to Make An Exchange at the Resort of your
choice through BLP's preferred Exchange Partner, iExchange. Just click on the
iExchange tab in your profile and you will be redirected to the iExchange website to
complete your exchange.
