How does my Week work?

As per the Use Agreement of Dikhololo, the 12-month calendar year runs from March to end February, commencing on the first Friday of that year, with your right of use dependent on the type of week that you own.

These weeks are either Fixed Weeks, High Season Weeks or Flexi Weeks:

How does my Fixed or High Season Week work?

These type of weeks are pinned to a specific week of the year, in a particular unit, as detailed in the Use Agreement. The exact dates of a High Season Week are allocated annually, according to the gazetted Gauteng school holiday calendar for that specific year, as determined by the Gauteng Education Department.   

A fixed week owner will always take precedence over a high season owner, should in that particular year, there be a clash of occupation dates. In the event of such, Management will allocate the High Season Week owner to another week or unit of the same size.

Fixed and High Season weeks can be booked off for your own use, gifted to friends or family, or banked to iExchange.
Specifically, should the date not suit you, you may bank to iExchange, and for a low exchange fee, book for another time or even resort.
 

These weeks are not automatically (without your instruction) placed into the Rental Pool, however you are welcome to provide such instruction to your Reservations consultant, provided there is more than 10 weeks until occupation.

How does my Flexi Week work?

If you own a Flexi Week, you may book this out of any of the available weeks that are not reserved for Fixed" or High Season owners. It to be reserved by you as early as possible in the year to avoid disappointment as our system works on a first come, first served basis.
This may be done via our call centre, or online by logging into your account here.

All Flexi weeks not reserved may form part of the resort rental pool with 30 days to occupation, and should you not have made a booking for your Flexi allocation in a year, you will automatically fall into the Flexi pool payout (which is made around March of the following year).

Flexi Weeks can be booked off for owner use, gifted to friends or family, or banked to iExchange.
